A Few Random Ones in Between Holidays!

A little exercising with daddy!

Making a shirt at Master's Kids for Daddy Day.  He can't wait for Daddy to come to preschool for the day!

A little practicing for a Santa Dash.  Jacob and Jackson are experts as setting up at the line for a race!  They have fun racing daddy on walks and in the house!  Good exercise and excitement. =)

Santa Dash!  Unfortunately, Jacob didn't really get the concept of racing others trying to be the fastest.....nor did Jackson....even though we know they are fast. =)  Oh well.  Another year.  Fun in the rain! The Hayes girls did a 5K with Mike and Cyndi in the rain!  We decided to run at the gym instead and then head over for the dash!  They were troopers....

Good thing I have superheros to guard the house during the day while Daddy is at work....

Figured I would post one belly pic for now...you will see it plain and clear in the future posts! Here, I'm 16wks along.  About the same size I was with the other boys..

The sweet boy napping with his Pooh.  I know I will miss the moments in the near future so I wanted to post a pic to remember them later on!

Disneyland with Daddy!  We were able to take the day and go to Disneyland before the craziness of the Holidays and before Disneyland got busy with everyone else!  We had a great day with another family, the Poladians, and the lines were super short that day!  So thankful!

A littel Here's just some misc. pics from the normal days!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving spending time at home and eating some wonderful food at Aunt Phillis and Uncle Steve's house in Agora Hills.  Jacob also had a Thanksgiving "play" for Master's kids so he learned about the Pilgrims and Indians and was able to make a vest and hat for it!

Our First Camping Trip!

In November, we had our first tent camping experience with the Hayes' and the Newbold's.  The Hayes' have a new pop-up trailer and the Newbold's stayed in a pop up trailer with the grandparents...so we were the only ones to tent camp.  The boys were really looking forward to it and even got new sleeping bags for the adventure.  We were all really excited about it until we heard the temperatures for the weekend were supposed to be high in the low 50's and lows in the low 30's with rain!!!!  We camped at an RV park in Solvang (north of Santa Barbara) and had a great time despite the cold temps.  We slept the first night in the tent and ended up being up most of the night because it was freezing and we were so close I could barely move.... Jackson ended up waking up in the middle of the night so I ended up sleeping in his toddler sleeping bag on the ground and somehow he ended up sleeping in my big sleeping bag on an air mattress the rest of the night.  I think he ended up scoring the best deal.  Needless to say, I got up nice and early and made my way into the Hayes's trailer to make some hot chocolate for myself and take a warm shower in the bathrooms!!!

The second night, we decided to wimp out and sleep in their pop up trailer since it was so cold outside. We had a much better, warmer nights sleep and woke up to see inside our tent that condensation had seeped through and was dripping all over the air mattress we would have been sleeping on!

The weekend was a great time spent with friends talking, eating, playing horseshoes, football, dominos, smores, and sitting by the fire.  We can't wait to do it again with a little warmer temperatures and even this next Spring when the boys are a little older and even less dependent on us for things!

Here are some pics from the weekend:

Prepping for the cold!

 Miniature Horse Farm!

WAY TOO LONG!

It has been way too long since I've posted on here so I have lots to catch up on....so sorry for all the posts of the last couple months all at once!  I finally have a little time to sit and post some pics!  Let's start with some all the way back from Halloween and around there.... the boys had a great time being ninjas.  Jacob was the blue power ranger ninja and Jackson was a little red ninja.  =)

This fall we had the chance to play a little tennis with the boys with the beautiful weather!  Just learning.... but having fun doing it!

Baby Adeline!  She is just sooooo sweet and cute!  Here, she's about 6 mo.  Jackson loves her!  Had a pic and thought I should post it of my little niece. =)

At the end of October, our High School staff always goes on a retreat for the weekend with no kids to spend time with one another and grow in our relationship with the Lord.  This is just one pic of some of the many friends I (we) have on staff.  We love spending time with them and enjoying serving together.  Michelle and Carly (below) are two of my close friends and we had a great time kid-free!!! =)  Love you girls!
